Seller agreements — overview
These are the contractual instruments a seller accepts when registering on PowaHub. They are distinct from the public-site terms of service you can browse before signing in: the documents here are the agreements a seller signs at sign-up.
The PowaHub platform is operated by CertainData Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17354647 (official name: CERTAIN DATA LTD), whose registered office is at Venture House, 2 Arlington Square, Downshire Way, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 1WA, trading as PowaHub.

How the tiers relate#
Listings are either Standard (the Seller Agreement alone) or Premium (the Seller Agreement plus the Premium Addendum). Standard is self-serve and free to list; Premium is by application, subject to provider due diligence, and carries a subscription. A seller may hold both Standard and Premium listings.
