Service Standards (Schedule D) — PowaHub

In brief — read before you sign. This is a plain-language guide to the key points. The full text below is what governs.

  • PowaHub keeps the catalogue and payment proxy available, relays requests, handles settlement, and makes a receipt available for each paid call — all on a reasonable-efforts basis.
  • There is no contractual uptime SLA at launch. Published availability targets are goals, not guarantees, unless separately agreed in writing.
  • PowaHub is not responsible for outages of third parties it depends on (Coinbase, the Coinbase CDP, the Base network) or for your own endpoint being down or changed.
  • For Premium listings only, PowaHub separately monitors your endpoint's uptime and shows a recent figure; sustained poor uptime can lead to Premium downgrade or suspension. Premium sellers get priority support with a 24-hour response target.
  • Usage records cover endpoint host and path, cost, and call count (no query strings or bodies). Portal history: Standard 90 days; Premium for as long as the listing stays Premium, reverting to 90 days on downgrade.

This is Schedule D to the Standard Seller Agreement. It sets out the service standards PowaHub offers and the seller's matching responsibilities.

1. What PowaHub provides#

On a reasonable-efforts basis, PowaHub will:

  • Keep the catalogue and the payment proxy available so listed endpoints can be discovered and called.
  • Relay each buyer request to the seller's endpoint and return the response.
  • Handle payment and settlement, and make a settlement record (receipt) available for each paid call.
  • Operate the platform with normal infrastructure and application monitoring of PowaHub's own services.

This is a reasonable-efforts commitment. PowaHub does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and does not offer a contractual uptime figure at launch.

2. What is not guaranteed#

  • No SLA at launch. Any availability target PowaHub publishes is a goal, not a contractual guarantee, unless a specific SLA is separately agreed in writing.
  • Third-party dependencies. PowaHub relies on external services, including Coinbase, the Coinbase CDP, and the Base network. PowaHub is not liable for their outages, changes, delays, or actions.
  • Seller-caused unavailability. PowaHub is not responsible for a listing being unavailable because the seller's own endpoint is down, slow, rate-limited, or changed.
  • Maintenance. PowaHub may carry out planned or emergency maintenance and will use reasonable efforts to limit disruption.

3. Incidents and communication#

  • PowaHub will use reasonable efforts to detect platform incidents and to communicate significant ones through its support or status channel.
  • The seller can reach support at the published address. Standard sellers use the standard support channel. Premium sellers additionally receive priority support with a target response within 24 hours of a request (a response target, not a resolution guarantee; see the Premium Addendum).

4. Premium endpoint monitoring (distinct from platform availability)#

For Premium listings, PowaHub separately monitors the availability of the seller's endpoint and shows a recent uptime figure. This monitors the seller's infrastructure, which PowaHub does not control, and is different from PowaHub's own platform availability in Section 1. Sustained poor endpoint uptime can lead to Premium downgrade or suspension under the Premium Addendum. Standard listings are not monitored this way.

5. The seller's responsibilities#

  • Keep the listed endpoint available and performant, and honour any declared rate limits and freshness.
  • For Premium, keep a working health or test endpoint for monitoring.
  • Tell PowaHub promptly of planned changes, outages, or anything affecting the listing.
  • Keep the listing details, provenance, and licence information accurate and current.

6. Usage and transaction records#

  • What is recorded. Records cover the endpoint host and path, cost, and call count. Query strings and request or response bodies are not stored.

  • Portal availability (tiered). Transaction and usage history is available to the seller in the portal as follows:

    • Standard listings: the most recent 90 days.
    • Premium listings: available for as long as the listing is on Premium (that is, retained and displayed in the portal while the Premium subscription is active).
    • On downgrade or cancellation: if a listing leaves Premium, its portal history reverts to the Standard 90-day window from that point.
  • Internal retention. PowaHub may retain records internally for longer than the portal display window for its own operational, audit, and legal purposes. This internal retention is separate from what the seller sees in the portal.

7. Changes#

PowaHub may change these service standards on notice under Section 14 of the Standard Agreement.
