Fee Schedule (Schedule B) — PowaHub

In brief — read before you sign. This is a plain-language guide to the key points. The full text below is what governs.

  • You set the price you want and receive 100% of it. PowaHub's fee is added on top and paid by the buyer — never deducted from your price, and you are never charged to list.
  • The buyer fee is 7% (Standard) or 10% (Premium) of your listed price, with a $0.005 minimum and a $0.50 cap per transaction. There is no minimum listing price.
  • Settlement is in USDC on the Base network, per transaction by default.
  • Premium adds a subscription: from $49/month, billed annually in advance, covering up to 20 services at launch. Founding partners get a six-month waiver (subject to eligibility).
  • Open-ecosystem calls outside the PowaHub catalogue carry no PowaHub fee.
  • These figures are current launch figures and may change on notice.

This is Schedule B to the Standard Seller Agreement. It is the single place the live numbers live, so the agreement itself stays evergreen and these can change on notice.

1. How the seller is paid#

The seller sets the price they want to receive and receives 100% of that listed price. PowaHub's fee is added on top and paid by the buyer. The seller is never charged to list, and the fee is never deducted from the seller's price.

Settlement is in USDC on the Base network, per transaction by default (see the Standard Agreement, Section 6).

2. Buyer fee (added on top of the seller's price)#

The buyer fee is a percentage of the seller's price, subject to a minimum (base transaction fee) and a maximum (cap):

  • Percentage rate: Standard 7%, Premium 10% of the seller's listed price.
  • Base transaction fee (minimum): $0.005 per transaction, covering gas and service costs.
  • Fee cap (maximum): $0.50 per transaction.
  • No minimum listing price: the seller may list at any price; the base fee handles very low prices.

Formula: buyer_fee = min( max( seller_price × rate, $0.005 ), $0.50 )

The buyer pays seller_price + buyer_fee. The seller receives seller_price.

3. Worked examples#

Tier Seller price Rate Buyer fee Buyer pays Seller receives
Standard $0.01 7% $0.005 (base floor) $0.015 $0.01
Standard $1.00 7% $0.07 $1.07 $1.00
Standard $10.00 7% $0.50 (capped) $10.50 $10.00
Premium $1.00 10% $0.10 $1.10 $1.00
Premium $10.00 10% $0.50 (capped) $10.50 $10.00

4. Premium subscription#

Premium is a paid tier in addition to the buyer fee above.

  • Current launch price: from $49 per month, billed annually in advance, covering up to 20 services at launch.
  • This is an entry-level starting price. It, and the number of services covered, may be agreed case by case for higher-value or enterprise sellers (which may be higher), and may change over time on notice (Premium Addendum, Sections 2 and 6).
  • Founding-partner offer: a 6-month subscription waiver for eligible founding partners (subject to eligibility).
  • The subscription does not change the buyer-fee mechanics above; a Premium listing simply uses the Premium buyer-fee rate (10%).

5. Open ecosystem#

Calls to open-ecosystem sources outside the PowaHub catalogue carry no PowaHub platform fee, because PowaHub is not in the funds path for them.

6. Changes#

PowaHub may change this fee schedule on notice. A change applies from the date stated in the notice. For Premium subscription pricing, a change applies from the seller's next renewal, and the seller may cancel or revert to Standard rather than accept it.
