In brief — read before you sign. This is a plain-language guide to the key points. The full text below is what governs, alongside the Premium Addendum and Schedule B.

• Premium is PowaHub's verified provider programme, by application, sitting on top of Standard.
• Premium adds verification (a Verified badge), uptime monitoring, data-quality checks, provenance on every response, featured placement in PowaAgent, ongoing agentic.market support, priority support (24-hour response target), and extended transaction history.
• Commercials: a 10% buyer fee added on top of your price (you keep 100% of your price), plus $49/month billed annually in advance covering up to 20 services at launch. Founding partners get a six-month waiver.
• Standard, by contrast, is free and self-serve with a 7% buyer fee, no Verified badge, no monitoring or provenance, and 90-day portal history.
• Some Premium commitments are rolled out over time and are offered once each is live.

This is the canonical description of what Premium is and what PowaHub commits to. Some commitments below are being rolled out, and each is offered once it is live.

What Premium is#

Premium is PowaHub's verified provider programme. A Premium listing is a data or service source that PowaHub has reviewed and stands behind, given stronger trust signals, and promotes to buyers. Premium is by application and sits on top of Standard.

Baseline for every listing (Standard and Premium)#

After its first real payment, every listing is submitted to agentic.market, a public marketplace, for extra discovery beyond PowaHub and PowaAgent. This initial submission is part of the service on both tiers.

What Premium adds#

1. Verification. Before a source becomes Premium, we review the provider and the source: who runs it, the legitimacy of the upstream data, evidence of the right to resell it, and a working test call. A Premium listing carries a Verified badge and is marked as verified to buyers in PowaAgent, our partner buyer product, and we keep a record of the review.
2. Uptime monitoring. We check that a Premium source is responding, on a schedule, and we measure its recent uptime. The figure is shown to buyers and on the seller dashboard. If a Premium source starts failing, we are alerted and the provider is notified.
3. Data-quality checks. We check a Premium source at onboarding and on an ongoing basis: the response matches the declared shape, the data is present and plausible, and the declared freshness holds. Sources that drift are flagged for review.
4. Provenance on every response. Premium responses carry a source block showing the source, its freshness, when it was last updated, and the licence, so buyers can see and trust what they are paying for.
5. Featured placement in PowaAgent. Within PowaAgent, your Premium listings are ranked ahead of Standard listings, so buying agents see them first.
6. Ongoing agentic.market support. Beyond the initial submission that every listing gets, for Premium we work with you to make sure your listing displays correctly on agentic.market, and we let you know ahead of time if it is at risk of being removed for inactivity.
7. Priority support. Premium providers get a priority support channel, and we respond within 24 hours of receiving your request.
8. Extended transaction history. Your Premium transaction and usage history stays available in the portal for as long as your listing is on Premium, instead of the Standard 90-day window. If a listing leaves Premium, its portal history reverts to the most recent 90 days.

Commercials#

• 10% buyer fee, added on top of your price. You keep 100% of your price.
• $49 per month, billed once a year in advance, covering up to 20 services. This is a launch price for early members. Founding partners get a six month waiver.

Standard, by contrast#

Standard is free, self-serve, and carries a 7% buyer fee. A Standard listing is listed, buyable, and discoverable by buyers in PowaAgent, and like every listing it is submitted to agentic.market after its first real payment. It does not carry the Verified badge and is not marked as verified in PowaAgent, and it is not monitored, quality-checked, or given a provenance block. Its portal transaction history is limited to the most recent 90 days, whereas Premium keeps history while the listing is active. Premium listings are ranked ahead of Standard, and Premium gets ongoing agentic.market support.
